Not all dementia is Alzheimer’s Disease. Knowing about the different types of dementia can help you better understand and care for your patients who are living with it. The National Institute on Aging recently developed an infographic (click on the link below) that describes four of the most common types of dementia, including what changes are occurring in the brain for each type, and the various symptoms these changes are causing.
